A Day of Hiking, Beer & Live Music
Join Wild South, Twin Leaf Brewery, and NCLINE Adventure for a day of celebration and adventure in honor of earth day. Begin the day with NCLINE Adventure as he leads a hike to Sam's Knob in Pisgah National Forest. After the hike, reconvene back at Twin Leaf Brewery for music and beers.

About the event
Please note: RSVP is required to join the hike.
Hikers will meet at Twin Leaf Brewery at 8:00am and carpool to the trailhead. Once there, Greg from NCLINE will guide the group to Sam's Knob - a scenic and wild grassy bald located in the heart of Shinning Rock Wilderness in the Pisgah National Forest.
The hike will be approximately 3 miles, and is rated as moderate with exposed roots and rocks, steep grade sections and muddy areas. Hikers should wear appropriate clothing for the weather as well as sturdy hiking shoes. This hike will happen rain or shine. Bring plenty of drinking water, and lunch as food will not be provided.

This hike does have a suggested donation of $10. All monies raised will be donated to Wild South and Southern Highland Conservancy.
